Role Overview

The Advisor Property and Facilities role sits within the CE Office, Strategy and People group and acts as a trusted partner to the Chief Executive and Board. It provides strategic advice on governance, culture, performance and organisational effectiveness, leads enterprise planning, performance and risk, supports high‑quality governance and decision‑making, and ensures core business services operate efficiently to enable delivery.

Responsibilities

As Advisor Property and Facilities, you will play a key role in ensuring Maritime New Zealand’s workplaces are functional, efficient and enable our people to perform at their best. Working closely with the Strategic Property & Facilities Specialist, you will support the delivery of our National Property Strategy and help create sustainable, high‑performing work environments across our nationwide offices.
