About the Program
Our Advisor Development Program prepares you for a career at Sun Life. The Advisor Trainee position is a temporary contract of up to six months, providing hands‑on experience, coaching, and digital tools.
What You'll Do
- Work out of a local Sun Life District office.
- Gain knowledge of Sun Life products, tools, processes and practical skills working directly with Sun Life Clients.
- Obtain dual licensing in insurance and mutual fund.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls providing holistic life, health, and wealth solutions to new and existing Sun Life Clients.
- Complete business development activities and identify personal market opportunities.
- Execute key activities in preparation for graduation from the program and launch of your advisor career.
