Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum best practices.Remove impediments and help teams maintain a sustainable delivery pace.Collaborate with Product Owners to support backlog prioritization and sprint planning.Use your technical background to understand development challenges, dependencies, and risks.Partner with engineering teams to improve collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.Requirements
