Job Description

Drive community engagement and stakeholder relations as AEcon's Community Relations Manager. This pivotal position requires expertise in communications within infrastructure projects across Canada and beyond.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Affairs, you will oversee best-practice communication strategies, engage with diverse stakeholders, and manage crisis communications. Your role is integral in creating trust and transparency with communities, ensuring informed engagement throughout project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop communications materials for stakeholders and community engagement
• Manage research and execution of crisis communication plans
• Craft strategies for media and digital outreach
• Lead planning and execution of project milestone events
• Ensure timely resolution of public inquiries related to construction
Requirements:
• 7+ years in infrastructure communications
• Degree in communications or public relations
