As a pivotal team member, you'll partner with the Autonomous Production Team to optimize performance in areas such as cost, quality, and project outcomes. Your role will include facilitating stakeholder communication and guiding collaborative efforts to resolve challenges. You'll also translate strategies into actionable plans while managing risks for the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on performance strategy for the FAL Line A
• Lead project communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage change initiatives for employee engagement
• Develop and implement performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with Airbus standards for risks
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or similar
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
