Als afdelingsmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
Actieve aanwezigheid en connectie: Je bent zelf actief op de vloer aanwezig, als deel van je team, in nauw contact met de klanten en ons sportieve aanbod.
Contribuer à l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de notre projet. 
Ontwikkeling van talent: Je laat de talenten in je team groeien, ondersteunt en motiveert, zowel op de werkvloer als in one-on-one gesprekken. 
Animer un rayon au sein du magasin, en veillant à ce que l'offre omnicanale soit attrayante et en garantissant un service de qualité pour l’ensemble de tes clients.
