Job Description As Affiliate Community Manager and Affiliate Marketing team member, you will join the team responsible for shaping and executing Lazadas strategy on Affiliate Community growth and engagement of LazAffiliates. Reporting to the Manager, Affiliate marketing, you will grow, manage and drive growing Affiliate B2C segments such as Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), Content Creators, Individuals, B2C agencies, and seek out innovative approaches that optimize and enhance their performance for optimal results. You will also grow with us – Lazadas focus is on creating career paths within the organization that ensure you will be able to continually enhance your own career prospects.
