Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with iGaming affiliates, media partners, and traffic sources across the GCC region
  • Drive player acquisition and revenue growth through strategic affiliate partnerships
  • Negotiate and manage commercial deals, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and CPL models
  • Monitor and optimize affiliate campaigns, traffic quality, and player value to maximize performance
  • Analyze performance metrics such as FTDs, conversion rates, player retention, and ROI
  • Identify and onboard new affiliates, streamers, and media partners to expand the regional network
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, product, and compliance teams to align strategies with business objectives
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management
