Affiliate Manager

We are a fast-growing beauty company with a strong portfolio of skincare, haircare, and cosmetic brands. We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who can lead and scale our affiliate ecosystem, drive GMV growth, build strong creator communities, and develop high-performing affiliate strategies across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilitie

• Own the overall affiliate business performance, including GMV growth, creator productivity, affiliate contribution, and campaign execution
• Develop and execute affiliate growth strategies across TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, Shopee Video, Shopee Live, TikTok Video, TikTok Live, and emerging affiliate channels
• Build, manage, and scale affiliate communities consisting of content creators, influencers, KOLs, and livestream affiliates
