- **Affiliate Program Ownership**: Develop and implement a global affiliate growth strategy that aligns with business objectives and brand positioning to expand the network.
- **Affiliate Recruitment & Growth**: Identify, recruit, and manage high-potential affiliate partners through affiliate networks, content collaborations, and strategic alliances.
- **Partner Nurturing & Reactivation**: Create targeted campaigns to reactivate dormant affiliates and boost performance for existing ones.
- **Negotiate and Secure Partnerships**: Collaborate with new partners to finalize deals, including CPA structures, sales commitments, premium placements, and listing opportunities.
