Job Description  The Affiliate Officer is responsible for managing and optimizing influencer and affiliate partnerships to drive revenue and brand growth. This role takes ownership of end-to-end affiliate operations—from sourcing and onboarding KOLs to tracking performance and scaling high‑impact collaborations, including live commerce initiatives. 
Duties and Responsibilities  Scope of Work  Oversee influencer and affiliate campaigns in coordination with third‑party agencies and in‑house initiatives 
Manage KOL relationships, communication, and content execution 
Lead sourcing and onboarding of influencers and MCNs for both content and live selling 
Develop and maintain a comprehensive KOL/Affiliate database 
Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies 
Drive growth of affiliate and live commerce channels
