About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager (ARM) to manage and grow long‑term relationships with key affiliates and channel partners across the MENA region. This role is not focused on cold acquisition or aggressive business development. Instead, the ARM acts as a strategic partner manager responsible for affiliate retention, revenue growth, relationship stability, and risk awareness.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners.
  • Drive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution.
  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics and identify abnormal behaviors, risks, or growth opportunities.
  • Handle affiliate concerns professionally, including commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational escalations.
