What's the Role:
As an After‑Hours Supervisor , you act as the on‑site decision maker, ensuring a safe, seamless, and efficient production flow from melting through to finishing. You focus on optimising bottlenecks, collaborating closely with quality teams, and proactively addressing issues to consistently meet targets while minimising downtime.
