Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end aftermarket operations including service, spares, AMC/CMC contracts, retrofits, and upgrades.
  • Ensure timely installation, commissioning, maintenance, and breakdown support of industrial machinery at customer sites.
  • Develop and grow aftermarket revenue through spares sales, service contracts, consumables, and modernization solutions.
  • Coordinate with service engineers, application teams, and logistics for effective field support.
  • Build strong customer relationships, handle escalations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Plan and track preventive maintenance schedules and service KPIs (MTTR, uptime, response time).
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities in the installed base.
