Main Purpose of the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall performance and profitability of both the Service (Workshop) and Parts Departments. This includes achieving manufacturer and dealership targets, maintaining quality standards, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring effective team performance. The Aftersales Manager will oversee all workshop operations, parts inventory control, and related marketing and performance initiatives.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Required
- Grade 12 / relevant tertiary qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service or Workshop Manager .
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Parts Management .
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Proven ability to drive profitability and meet targets .
- Excellent analytical , communication
