Agency Operations

Make your mark in Agency- Puchong branch

• General inquiries which address general questions about AIG’s services and product
• Commercial lines of business handling that require in depth understanding and explanation towards Customer in form of presentation or meetings
• Trainer on both soft skill/ product knowledge – train, update or refresh business partners on the changes, Product, mind mapping, cross selling, etc
• As a key person between partners and underwriter, guiding and sharing the functionality of our system
• Recruit more partners to offer AIG products to customers
