ROLE: Agency Partnerships Executive EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years LOCATION : Mumbai ROLE OVERVIEW: We’re looking for someone who can open doors, close deals, and drive revenue. This is not a coordination role this is a pure partnerships sales function in the influencer marketing space. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Drive new business acquisition through agency partnerships Build and scale relationships with top advertising & media agencies Actively pitch Lit Talent’s creators to agencies and brands Own the entire sales cycle: outreach → pitching → negotiation → closure Convert inbound and outbound leads into high-value campaigns Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign delivery and upsell opportunities Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently push deals to closure WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 2–3 years in influencer marketing / digital sales / brand partnerships Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue Strong agency connects will gi...
