Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercials for all onboarded network agents.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all network agents and lead a dedicated team.
  • Drive shipment volumes and revenue growth through the existing agent network.
  • Monitor service quality and KPI adherence.
  • Proactively resolve operational escalations and service failures.
  • Lead performance reviews, structured governance, and long-term relationship management with agents.

Qualifications

  • 10 –15 years of experience in roles spanning Commercial, Procurement, and Operations.
  • Proven strength in stakeholder and relationship management.
  • An execution-focused mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
  • A business-oriented / sales‑driven attitude with the ability to grow and optimize networks.
  • Experience leading teams and working in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments.
