Link-Worldwide is seeking a customer service representative in Aguascalientes. The role requires conversational English, effective communication, and a service attitude.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or similar qualification, with at least 6 months of experience in call center operations. Responsibilities include providing telephone billing support and assisting customers with payment issues.
Working hours are flexible from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., onsite in Mexico, and includes working on weekends with one day off weekly.
