Agentic Process Engineer

As an Agentic Process Engineer at bolttech, you will design, optimise, and digitise end-to-end processes across the group. You will apply a design-thinking-led, holistic approach to understand processes as a whole and enable scalable automation and AI adoption across operations.

You will work closely with business, product, technology, automation, data, and AI teams to deliver simpler, faster, and more efficient processes that support bolttech’s growth as a global Insurtech platform.

• Perform end-to-end AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping across insurance operations including claims, underwriting, policy servicing, renewals, and partner onboarding.
