What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years of professional experience developing applications using Ruby on Rails
- Advanced English is required
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful web services and integrating APIs
- Experience working with PostgreSQL or traditional SQL databases
- Experience using AI engineering tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar systems to accelerate software development
