Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities
- Manage check‑ins and check‑outs while maintaining accurate guest records.
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism.
- Engage with guests, gather feedback, and enhance satisfaction to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Create upselling opportunities and maximize room occupancy while complying with operational procedures.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, finance, and other departments to ensure daily operations, timely room readiness, and accurate reporting.
- Maintain front‑office controls and financial transactions with precision.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a front‑office role at a luxury or boutique hotel.
- Strong guest service and communication skills with fluent English.
- Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office.
