About the project, you will lead the improvement of software development processes and practices to optimize value delivery and provide coaching to make development teams more effective for a top client in the Fashion Industry.
**Main Requirements**:
- **Facilitate business-oriented results **and align teams across a matrix-based organization based on influence.
- **Manage Objectives and Key Results **(OKRs), quarterly planning and implement performance metrics (such as Dora and Flow)
