Our client in Pretoria is recruiting for Agile Master (Advanced) to join their team.
Responsibilities include:
- Tracking and communicating commitments, dependencies, and risks.
- Tracking metrics to measure team performance and ensure that continuous improvement is enabled.
- Championing delivery success throughout the team and the early delivery of incremental benefits.
- Active participation and coordination in agile ceremonies.
- Establishing the status of current tasks being worked on.
- Implementing Scrum and its events according to the scrum guide.
- Coaching feature teams on Scrum principles and values.
- Assisting with impediment resolution.
- Fostering and increasing team morale.
- Protecting the team from interruptions and disruptions.
