- Financial Strategy & Planning: Partnering with CFO to drive long-term business goals
- Accounting & Compliance: Overseeing the comete accounting function with proper processes and controls in place. Preparation of balance sheets, P&L statements, and ensuring strict compliance with local and global regulations
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare the annual budgeting / operating plan. Managing cash flows and monitor departmental performance.
- SAP Expertise - MUST . Complete end to end understanding of SAP Modules and hands on resolving issues regarding Costing , Accounting , MIS Reports and adding value for enhancements
- Treasury & Banking: Oversee fund management, optimize working capital, and maintain strong banking relationships
