Responsibilities
- Promote and sell agricultural products such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and farm equipment to farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural dealers.
- Conduct farm visits to demonstrate product application, usage, and benefits.
- Provide technical advice and recommendations based on crop type, soil condition, and pest management needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates.
- Assist in organizing product demonstrations, field days, and agricultural seminars.
