The ideal candidate will have an M.Sc. or PhD in Agriculture, extensive experience in agronomic research, and proficiency in R/RStudio for statistical analysis. The role requires familiarity with plant nutrition, crop systems, and strong communication to present findings to diverse audiences. Must be willing to travel.
