To lead, implement, maintain, and continually improve the organization’s certified management systems and accreditations, ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025 (NABL), AS9100, Nadcap, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 27001, and to manage all internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits effectively.
Metallurgical Laboratory Operations
Lead and manage all metallurgical laboratory activities including Chemical Analysis, Mechanical Testing, Metallography, Failure Analysis and Heat Treatment evaluation. Ensure laboratory compliance with Nadcap, AMS, ASTM, ISO, and customer?specific requirements. Develop, review, and approve laboratory procedures, test methods, and work instructions.
