About The Role

As AI & Cloud Principal Engineer , you will help shape the future of data, AI, and cloud platforms at Allianz Technology. Working within the Data & Analytics Platforms (DAP) team, you will contribute to the evolution of the Allianz Data Platform (ADP) —a strategic platform enabling Data, Machine Learning, and Generative & Agentic AI use cases at scale across Allianz Operating Entities worldwide. In this senior expert role, you will design and implement advanced platform capabilities, advise local teams on best usage, and influence architectural decisions that enable secure, scalable, and value‑driven AI adoption. You will operate at the intersection of technology strategy, platform engineering, and business impact in a complex, global environment.

• Act as a technical thought leader for AI (ML, LLM, Agentic AI) and Data Platform capabilities across Allianz Technology.
