Overview
You will support RealPage's AI compliance activities, helping the company demonstrate responsible AI governance to customers, auditors, and regulators. Your work spans responding to customer inquiries about AI governance, maintaining evidence repositories, tracking regulatory developments, and preparing audit packages. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, and the governance team to ensure RealPage can articulate its AI oversight practices to external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer AI assurance requests by completing questionnaires, preparing governance summaries, and coordinating with Sales and Legal to support deal closures.
- Maintain governance artifacts, control documentation, testing results, and audit trails for regulatory examinations.
