AI Developer - RAG/Python

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking AI Engineers/Developers with strong experience in Azure AI Foundry, RAG architectures, and Python automation to support GenAI initiatives for a financial services client.

This role focuses on building production-grade RAG systems and transitioning from siloed assistants to a standardized, enterprise RAG platform. Candidates must have hands-on experience developing and scaling real-world GenAI applications, not just POCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy GenAI applications using Azure AI Foundry
• Design end-to-end RAG solutions (ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, orchestration)
• Consolidate siloed RAG assistants into a shared platform
• Develop Python-based workflows for automation, evaluation, and monitoring
• Create reusable frameworks for scalable RAG deployment
• Partner with teams to define AI architecture and platform strategy
