AI-Driven Recruiting Specialist (Remote, 4-Week Contract)

Turing is hiring recruiters and HR professionals who understand hiring workflows across Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Workday. In this fully remote role, you will create hiring scenarios, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and build candidate profiles.

Ideal candidates have 4–10 years of experience in recruiting or HR and are comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT. The contract is for 4 weeks with a commitment of 40 hours per week, requiring some overlap with PST working hours.
