Job Description
We're looking for an AI Engineer to join a small, fast-moving AI product development studio that builds intelligent software systems for clients who want AI in production, not slide decks, not demos, not proofs of concept that never ship. You will work directly with senior leadership on real client problems, own meaningful pieces of development end to end from UX to deployment, and bring an informed opinion on the best tools and approaches available.
This is not a junior engineer takes tickets role. We have agents that do that. We are looking for someone who thinks in systems, owns execution, and checks their own work. You do not have to know every part of the stack on day one, but you need to be the kind of person who is actively getting better every quarter and treats the AI tooling landscape as a reason to stay sharp, not a reason to feel overwhelmed.
