Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience building automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, or similar platforms.

  • Experience using OpenAI or other LLM tools for summarisation, drafting, classification, or workflow support.

  • Experience with CRM automation, ideally across HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar tools.

  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flow, and workflow logic.

  • Ability to build dashboards or reporting systems that provide visibility into pipeline, capacity, and performance.

  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, especially when working with legal, financial, or business-critical information.

  • Ability to work remotely and align with Australian business hours.
