AI‑First Engineering Manager – Mexico City

Cacheflow, located in Mexico City, is searching for a leader to manage and develop a team of engineers across Latin America. This role requires proven experience in engineering management, technical credibility with Golang or Python, and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.

The candidate will collaborate with product and design stakeholders, establish engineering processes, and foster an AI-first culture within the team. Relocation to Mexico City is expected if not already situated there.
