Job Description

This role exists to identify where AI can meaningfully improve ordering, production, workforce performance, and service delivery across AutoStore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify high-leverage AI opportunities across ordering, production, workforce management, and service delivery; prioritize ruthlessly and build a roadmap for future innovations.
  • Own end-to-end AI tool evaluation and selection, staying current on the tooling landscape, running fast pilots, and making confident decisions on deployments.
  • Lead integration of selected AI tools into existing systems (ERP, Salesforce, TeamCentral, and others), connecting data sources and configuring off-the-shelf solutions.
  • Design and deploy agentic workflows that automate multi-step operational processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks before deployment—analyze failure modes, downstream impacts, and rollback plans.
