Responsibilities
- Retrieve, organize, and export procurement documents such as invoices, contracts, and purchase orders from internal sourcing systems
- Upload procurement documentation to AI integration platforms and monitor automated data extraction processes
- Review AI‑generated outputs to detect errors, missing information, or misalignments
- Manually correct and map data fields to ensure accurate identification of vendors, tax details, dates, and amounts
- Troubleshoot documents that fail automated processing and provide feedback to improve AI learning
- Maintain logs related to data accuracy and recurring issues in workflows
- Report recurrent platform or data issues to support continuous improvement
- OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies
