The AI Operations Specialist is a hands‑on, technical‑operations leader responsible for building and scaling AI‑driven workflows across a fast‑growing accounting and back‑office services organization. This role sits at the intersection of AI, automation, and accounting operations, driving the transformation of the firm into a modern, AI‑enabled back‑office platform.

This individual will work closely with accountants, CPAs, and operational leadership to design, implement, and optimize AI‑powered solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across both third‑party client services and a rapidly growing U.S.‑based real estate business.
