Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist with:- Identifying tasks and processes suitable for automation
- Setting up and maintaining basic AI and automation workflows
- Supporting data capturing, reporting, and process tracking activities
- Creating templates, forms, spreadsheets, and simple workflow systems
- Assisting staff with the use of AI tools and process improvements
- Streamlining administrative, operational, stock, sales, and reporting functions
