The Role
We're looking for a Lead AI Engineer to drive Fever's company-wide AI transformation. This is a high-impact role for someone who can build and lead small, high-performance specialist teams that ship AI initiatives across large business domains — from business development and creative production to investment decisions, operations, and customer experience.
Your focus is applying AI to transform how the business operates. You'll stay at the cutting edge of AI technology being developed around the world and translate it into practical, high‑leverage applications inside Fever — automating workflows, augmenting decision‑making, and unlocking capabilities that weren't possible before. You'll partner with senior leaders across the company to identify the highest‑leverage opportunities, assemble the right squad to tackle them, and deliver production‑grade AI products that change how Fever operates at scale.
