What You’ll Do

• Prototype AI agents for candidate matching, workflow automation, or decision support.
• Fine-tune large language model (LLM) prompts and models for hiring‑specific applications.
• Experiment with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
• Integrate AI modules into platform processes alongside product and engineering teams.
• Conduct internal A/B tests and evaluate AI features.
