This is not an academic internship; it's a build-and-ship role. You will collaborate with the founding team to integrate intelligence into every layer of the hiring platform. You'll focus on creating usable AI systems that make a difference rather than just developing models.
What You’ll Do
Prototype AI agents for candidate matching, workflow automation, or decision support.
Fine-tune large language model (LLM) prompts and models for hiring‑specific applications.
Experiment with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
Integrate AI modules into platform processes alongside product and engineering teams.
Conduct internal A/B tests and evaluate AI features.
Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Eligible for an unpaid co‑op or internship placement.
