Job Location - Markham Canada

Key Outcomes:

• Work arrangement: On‑site 3 days/week (no 100% remote for at least 1 year).
• Travel: Not required.

Role Overview:

• Validation: Limited smoke testing (10%); full validation handled by dedicated engineers.
• Tools: Commercial AI modules (e.g., ChatGPT) + internal automation frameworks.
• Expected to extend workflows and develop autonomous AI agents.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years AI/ML automation experience (up to 8 years preferred).
• Strong ML/AI software skills.
• Semiconductor/system design background beneficial.
• Collaboration and requirement translation skills.
• Senior candidates (15+ years overall) acceptable if 3+ years in AI/ML.
