Air Conditioning Engineer - Service - Mostly Midlands, occasional travel further. - £45 - £55k
Working for a local, well respected mechanical contractor, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of air conditioning maintenance, reactive service, and repair operations
Carrying out day-to-day delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive call-outs, repairs, and minor works.
Carry out fault diagnosis, repairs, maintenance, and commissioning of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
Attend technical support calls and complex breakdowns requiring senior engineering expertise.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to service engineers and apprentices.
Conduct site surveys and condition assessments.
Assist with commissioning and handover of new installations.
Produce detailed service reports and recommendations for clients.
Support out-of-hours emergency call-out requirements when necessary.
