Air Conditioning Service Coordinator

• Coordinate electrical and HVAC installation, maintenance and repair projects for residential/commercial clients.
• Supervise technicians and ensure work complies with SS 638 and EMA safety standards.
• Liaise with customers, consultants and suppliers on technical specs, quotations and service schedules.
• Review electrical drawings and prepare service reports, invoices in system.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical/electronics faults and provide technical solutions.
• Handle customer enquiries and after-service support via phone/email.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years experience in electrical/electronics, HVAC or facilities coordination.
• Able to read electrical schematics and single line diagrams.
