Air-Conditioning Servicing Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Air-Conditioning Servicing Trainer to conduct training programmes for technicians, apprentices, and learners in HVAC and air-conditioning servicing. The trainer will deliver classroom and practical hands-on training, assess learner competency, and support the development of technical training materials and certification programmes. Training Delivery
Conduct classroom and practical training on: Air-conditioning fundamentals & HVAC systems Practical Training
Demonstrate servicing procedures Assessment & Evaluation
Conduct practical and written assessments. Evaluate learner competency and provide feedback. Maintain assessment records and attendance. Industry & Technical Support
Keep training materials updated with industry standards. Share real-life servicing experience and case studies. Support academy events, workshops, and recruitment activities. Requirements
