Air Import Agent

**PURPOSE**
The Air Import Agent is responsible for all aspects of assigned accounts by processing import and export shipments.
The Air Import Agent will assist with duties such as, preparation of documents and coordination of traffic required to process goods through customs timely and by Company standards.
**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with customers, customs brokers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient import operations.
- Prepare and manage import documentation, including air waybills, customs declarations, and invoices.
- Track shipments to ensure timely arrival and delivery, providing updates to customers, and resolving any exceptions or delays.
- Prepare accurate invoices, managing payments, and ensuring compliance with billing procedures.
