Air Import Customer Service Coordinate and monitor air import shipments from origin to final delivery. Communicate with overseas agents, airlines, customs brokers, and customers regarding shipment status. Handle pre-alerts, arrival notices, and shipment documentation. Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers. Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and operational issues. Coordinate customs clearance and delivery arrangements. Ensure compliance with airline, customs, and company regulations. Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.
