Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair works.
- Lead a team of technicians and workers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.
- Plan manpower deployment, work schedules, and material requirements for project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to air-conditioning systems and equipment.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients on project requirements and work progress.
