Monitor departmental costs, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures.
Quality check Estimates, Freight landsides and cartage amounts.
Accompany sales and service staff to Client visits.
Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery on consignments.
Mantain effective communication with airlines, freight forwarders, trucking companies, agents.
